New Schedule for Cable Channel TV 12

Pittsford Programming Now on Seven Days a Week

July 25, 2011 (Pittsford, NY) - - A revised schedule for Cable Channel TV-12 was announced by the Town of Pittsford and the Pittsford Central School District today, effective August 1. The new schedule includes Town of Pittsford and Pittsford Central Schools programming seven days a week. Previously, Pittsford’s programs were broadcast Sunday – Wednesday. Pittsford shares programming on the channel with East Rochester.

“The new schedule increases the number of hours we can broadcast PCSD programming and spreads it out over the entire week,” said Mary Alice Price, Superintendent of Schools. “We think this new schedule will give our residents and families more opportunities to tune in and see the exciting things happening in our schools.”

“Cable Channel TV 12 is a valuable resource for those who tune in,” said Bill Carpenter, Pittsford Town Supervisor. “It provides us with one more avenue of communication to residents, and we’re glad to expand our reach to seven days a week.”
